We have four kinds of stockfish on our menu.

Sardine
Sand fish
Hokkaido pike
Flounder

Personally, I recommend you to try a hokkaido pike, also known as Arabesque greenlin, or Hokke in Japanese. It tastes very good and goes well with Alcohol!
