Usually, we have more than 10 dinner specials that are written on two black boards hanging on the wall. These are some examples from them.

Simmered taro (aka dasheen) with ground beef (front) and simmered vegetables with boiled eggs (back).

One of the popular items on the menu! Chrysanthemum with mushrooms (front) and simmered potatoes and variety meats (back)

Unfortunately, sushi is not on the menu regularly, but usually there is some sashimi such as sardine, yellowtail, and fatty flesh of salmon on our dinner special menu.
